Nourishment comes through scripture and words of encouragement, and in a tangible way it comes from preparing delicious food for our loved ones and our community. Something that brings me great joy is preparing a meal for my dear ones, for me it is so much more than putting food on a plate. The joy comes in thinking about who I am cooking for, sourcing fresh beautiful ingredients, and preparing the space where we will share the meal and the deepen of our connection by engaging in meaningful conversations.
