Home Grown Celebrations store policies & procedures:

My business office hours are Monday – Thursday 8-11 am PST.  During these hours you can expect me to be returning emails & phone calls & shipping items.  My creative hours fill in all the gaps. I do not work on Sunday, as this is a time for me and my family to recharge spiritually.  

Payments:

Payments are collected at the time of the order.  Payments are accepted via Stripe / major credit cards are accepted.

Buyer is responsible for any local taxes or local fees upon receiving the package.

Shipping:

International Orders may have an additional fee added to the rates & insurance-

I strive to ship out orders as quickly as possible. Most items are shipped within 2-4  business days. Orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail (2-3 days) with delivery confirmation.  Upon shipping, you will receive an email with a tracking number and estimated delivery date. I cannot guarantee delivery dates, as that is dependent upon USPS.

Please contact me prior to ordering if you wish to expedite your package. I will be happy to supply you with a quote for those additional charges. 

Please make sure your  address is correct.  If this is a gift for someone and you would like to have it shipped somewhere else, just let me know!! I would love to help. I will be happy to enclose a personalize message for you on our branded postcard, enclosed in the packaging.

Requesting additional insurance is always the responsibility of the BUYER. Once an order is shipped it is out of our control and we can no longer be responsible for it being lost, stolen or damaged in shipping.

We do not take responsibility for damages or losses that occur during shipping.

 

REFUNDS & RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

I always want you my valued customer to be a happy and and satisfied with your purchases with Home Grown Celebrations. If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact me within 3 days of receipt of your purchase with any problems or concerns that you have. Provided the item(s) are in the original packaging, clean, unused and have no odors, you may return them within 7 days and receive a refund. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility; we require all returns & exchanges to be shipped with tracking information.     If the error was on my part, Home Grown Celebrations will bear the cost of the return shipping, and I will do my very best to make the situation right with you, my valued customer.

If your package is returned to us because it was unclaimed, we will refund the original purchase price (less all shipping charges), once we have received the returned item in its original condition

For exchanges, return shipping AND shipping of the new item is your (the buyer's) responsibility.

If the returned item is not damaged and of the same quality as sent the refund is provided within 10 days after it's received by us. We do not refund the shipping costs.

We do not accept returns of customized items.

All of the items in my shop are completely handcrafted, evidence of that may be present in the form of small imperfections. I make every effort to create beautiful pieces that I am proud of, the imperfections are what make handcrafted items unique.

Your satisfaction in my product is very important, so please let me know if an item does not meet your standards.  Each situation will be taken into consideration, If I have made a mistake, I will not hesitate to correct it. 

I make every effort to display the colors of my products as accurately as possible, however, resolution and screen settings can affect how an item is displayed, the accuracy of colors cannot be guaranteed.
